What's new?

  • Shareplay :- This brand new feature allows you to share your screen time with your facetime partner. Keep FaceTime conversations going as you watch TV shows and movies, listen to music, or share your screen with SharePlay. It’s an entirely new way to have experiences with family and friends, no matter the distance.

  • Spatial Audio :-  Spatial audio is a way of creating sound in 360 degrees around a listener. Sound can come from any place in a sphere. It takes two forms – binaural and object-based. Binaural sound is used in headphones. Individual voices sound like they’re coming from the direction in which each person is positioned on your screen, helping conversations flow more naturally.

  • Grid view for Facetime:- Grid view shows people on your FaceTime call in the same-size tiles, so you can have better conversations with a large group. The speaker is automatically highlighted so you always know who’s talking

Mic Mode :- Voice Isolation minimizes background noise and puts your voice front and center. When the music or sounds around you are as important as what you have to say, Wide Spectrum leaves the ambient sound unfiltered.

Facetime Links :- Meetings created on facetime now have permalinks. Both android and windows can participate in facetime meetings. Now you can send friends and family a link to connect on FaceTime — even if they’re using Windows or Android.1 And it’s still end-to-end encrypted, so your call is as private and secure as any other FaceTime call.

New memoji :- Now you can choose outfits for your Memoji and express yourself with new stickers. Represent your look and style with multicolor headwear. And accessibility customizations now include cochlear implants, oxygen tubes, and soft helmets.

Focus :- Focus mode aids concentration. It helps you stay in the moment when you need to concentrate or step away. Choose a Focus that allows only the notifications you want — you can get work done while you’re in the zone or enjoy a distraction‑free dinner. Pick from a list of suggested Focus options or create your own.

Re-designed Safari Tabs:-  Reimagined for the way we browse today, the new tab bar maximizes your screen space and stays out of the way as you scroll and explore. It’s easily reachable at the bottom, so you can navigate and jump between tabs with just your thumb. Save and organize your tabs in the way that works best for you and switch between them easily. Tab groups sync across devices so you have access to your tabs from anywhere.

Live Text:- Similar to google lens, iOS comes with a live text feature. Texts can be scanned from objects for web results. Live Text intelligently unlocks rich and useful information in images, so you can make a call, send an email, or look up directions with just a tap on the highlighted text in a photo
